Ola Bilinska is a young singer from Poland trained in Opera, singing rock and listening to jazz. She met Kamil, a talented guitarist, a few years ago when they were together--strangely enough--in a scouting team. After discovering that Ola could actually sing, they decided to put together a band.
And so it was that Outstand came to life, where - with a group of three other musicians - they played dynamic rock with elements of jazz and blues. Outstand managed to play a few small concerts and record a promising demo, just before Ola left on a scholarship to England and the band had to split up...
It was then that Ola discovered the music of Porcupine Tree and fell in love with it. She sang Trains in a few concerts in and outside her school, developing her own, acoustic, very emotional version. She asked Kamil, who owns a small rehearsal room and an amateur recording studio, to help her in the recording of the guitars.
Meanwhile, the band members are waiting for Ola to come back to Poland, so that they can put the band back together again and continue their undoubtedly promising career.
